Website Terms of Use
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms cover using this website. If you are a Visbl client, your signed service agreement governs the work itself, and it controls wherever the two differ.
Who we are
This website is operated by Getrost Ventures LLC, trading as Visbl, a North Carolina limited liability company based in Charlotte, North Carolina (“Visbl”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you are already a client
If you are enrolled in a Visbl program or service, that relationship is governed separately by your signed service agreement and any addenda to it. Where these Terms and your service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.
This matters for the guarantee in particular. Nothing on this website varies, extends or limits what your agreement says.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site. By using it you confirm that you are.
Results shown on this site
Every number and every client quote published here comes from a client’s own reply tracker, a campaign export, or a recorded call. They are real, and they are specific to that client’s market, offer and price point.
They are not a prediction of what you would get. Outbound results vary with the size of your market, the strength of your offer, how quickly you answer the people who reply, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise or projection of revenue.
The guarantee
Where this site promises a result, that promise carries written conditions. Those conditions are set out in the service agreement, and we walk you through every one of them on a call before you sign anything or pay anything.
If you are already a client, the agreement you signed governs the guarantee, the remedy and the conditions.
No professional advice
Everything on this site, including the blog, the free tools and any downloadable material, is for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Consult a qualified professional before acting on it.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, code, graphics, data, frameworks and the Visbl name and marks on this site belong to Visbl or to our licensors, and are protected by United States and international intellectual property law.
You may read the site, and you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, sell or create derivative works from it, or use automated means to extract or scrape its content, without our prior written permission.
Client names and marks shown on this site belong to those clients and are used with permission.
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any system behind it, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or with anyone else’s use of it, impersonate anyone, or submit information you know to be false through any form on it.
We may suspend or block access for any of the above.
Forms and the information you give us
Where you submit information through a form on this site, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services and links
This site links to and integrates with services we do not control, including our scheduling, analytics, advertising and customer-relationship tools. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.
Testimonials and likeness
Testimonials and client results published here are used with the permission of the client concerned. All testimonials are truthful and reflect that client’s actual experience.
If you are a client and you would prefer not to be featured, tell us and we will remove you. For enrolled clients, any license you have granted us to use your name, likeness or results is governed by your service agreement.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address below including: identification of the work; identification of the material you say infringes it and where it sits on the site; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
THIS SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISBL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
If you are a client, the limitation of liability in your service agreement governs your engagement with us and controls over this section.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visbl and its members, officers and staff against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of this site in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
Governing law and venue
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Subject to the arbitration section below, the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
Arbitration and class-action waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to your use of this site that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered in Charlotte, North Carolina under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
Disputes will be brought individually. You and Visbl each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective or representative action.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
If you are a client, the dispute-resolution provisions of your service agreement control over this section.
Time limit on claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to your use of this site must be brought within one year of the date the claim arose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in operating this site caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at hosting or third-party providers, cyber-attack, natural disaster, or government action.
Severability and waiver
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary, or severed if that is not possible, and the rest will remain in force. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.
Changes
We update this page when the business changes rather than on a schedule, and the date at the top of the page reflects the last update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If a change matters to an existing client we tell that client directly rather than relying on them to reread a web page.
